Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how procrewUSA, Inc. ("procrewUSA", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the procrewUSA website, applications, and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. We collect information you give us directly, such as:
- account details — name, email address, phone number, role (Client or Subcontractor), and password;
- profile and job details — business name, city and state, trades, job posts, bids, and messages;
- estimates data — customer names, addresses, line items, and electronic signatures you enter;
- support and communications you send to us.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor (for example, Stripe). We receive limited confirmation details (such as whether a payment succeeded) but we do not collect or store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Service we may collect technical data that does not by itself identify you, such as IP address, device and browser type, language, access times, and pages viewed, using cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as your language), and understand usage.
2. How we use information
- to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- to create and manage your Account and verify your phone number;
- to connect Clients and Subcontractors and enable messaging, bids, and estimates;
- to process Fees and prevent fraud and abuse;
- to communicate with you about the Service, including transactional and support messages, and — where permitted — occasional product updates you can opt out of;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only as follows:
- Between users, as needed for the Service. For example, when a Client unlocks a Subcontractor's contact, the relevant contact details are shared with that Client; profile and bid information is shown to the counterparty in a transaction.
- Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations — for example, hosting, payment processing (Stripe), and phone/SMS verification — solely to provide the Service.
- Legal and safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of procrewUSA, our users, or the public, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Content you upload about others
If you enter information about third parties (for example, your own customers in an estimate), you are responsible for having the right to do so and for providing any notices or obtaining any consents required by law. We process that information on your behalf to provide the Service.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Service (such as keeping you signed in and storing your language choice) and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your Account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we transmit data over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your password and notify us of any suspected compromise.
8. Your rights and choices
- You may access or update most account information directly in the Service, or by contacting us.
- You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time; we will still send necessary transactional messages.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California/CCPA or other state privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including to know, delete, correct, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such activity to opt out of. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we will verify your request before acting on it.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
11. Where we operate
